It is with a heavy heart that I share the news of Jorgen Garlin’s passing. At the age of 62, he succumbed to his battle with lung cancer. Despite our differences with Jorgen, we must acknowledge his foresight in warning us about Mike Poulos. As we bid him farewell, we hope he finds eternal peace. His departure truly marks the end of an era.

I am so sorry to hear about Jorgen's passing. He has been with us from the very beginning of E65. I will miss his unique comments and genuine honesty about E65, but not the rude and crude. I am grateful for his forum, being the first outlet for us to share E65 knowledge and for venting.

Strange that there's no single word from Mike about Jorgen - I mean, Jorgen was his biggest enemy since 20 years...

As we all know Mike has gone to ground and I don't think we will see or hear from him ever again, certainly not using his real name any way I'm not so sure about that. As we know, not hearing from Mike is nothing new. But I believe there could be some kind of strategy involved. For one, he has to invent a new story. If he waits a while, maybe some people will forget about E65 being a scam and start believing in it again?

You are right Retired.. This has happened before over the years and scamming is all that Mike knows in making a "living"... if you can call it that. I am grateful that Admin was able to expose this before it went any further. They were amazing to me and my family when we lost our main sponsor. They were helpful and knowledgeable and I know they have been left devastated by this too. Now Mikes new programs have failed and I really hope he doesn't start any more. He has now learned how to do them with out using his name as in the last 2, but I am fearful his scamming days are not yet done. But with his chain smoking and poor health he may well follow Jorgen to his grave. It is still hard to get your head around this all being a scam from the beginning. It's amazing it went so long. I just wish that Jorgen had been more believable and not made a game out of taunting Mike all these years. He knew it was all a scam but sadly not many believed him because of the way in which he went about it. But we will never know any more now...

Yes, he often came across as someone who was using his forum to express his personal vendetta against Mike or to get back at him. Sometimes their behavior was really childish. He would say there was no paperwork, no banks, no law firms, and no payout, but he never gave the concrete examples that the Admins did, like when they provided the exact words from a lawyer who said he never heard of Mike.

It's pretty crazy but I am glad they did expose Mike. He would have come up with yet more excuses and we would have waited til we were all dead. I'll bet they didnt win any popularity awards that day.. wow. What a thing to do, and to your boss. But I heard they never got a penny for all the work they did. it's a terrible shame. I would love to know what Mike is doing now, but there seems no more word at all.

He would say there was no paperwork, no banks, no law firms, and no payout, but he never gave the concrete examples that the Admins did, like when they provided the exact words from a lawyer who said he never heard of Mike. this is really the big picture here. this is nothing to slight him as a person, but I've been talking about this because of his childish behavior. I imagine the stress of bottling it all in, just in general, may even have contributed to his demise, if only a tiny bit. There are several emails in 2010 written in his general typing style where he outright goes and tells people to send money to him, pretending the payout was happening. It is very suspiciously similar to his, using an email that e65 itself did not use. But, if we want to hop off speculations, I can indeed, of course, provide more instances where it's proof of the childish vendetta ever thought with nothing backing it up. I wouldn't be as critical if he actually used his proof to do something instead of flinging 'claims' at people, including banning people for bringing up reasonable concerns at the time, back when the signs weren't nearly as obvious, including going to lengths to apparently 'detect' when mike would make an account and ban it (but not the 50,000 bot accounts selling god-knows-what that logged in every fortnight, oh no), pretending to leave the forum by changing his name, and my favorite, flinging insults to an actual member in emails i have saved. Actual adhoms, by the way. He would've been far better off running a blog, not a forum, because he didn't want to discuss with people, he just wanted to push his views irregardless of what others thought. No matter how much he was right in the end, he was the one asking for $50,000 for a case he would ultimately never follow up on because of his distraction with running his mouth online to a ghost town that ended up being his forum. I do not deny that his proof was significant, and that he was right. But ultimately, any proof that the program was not real wasn't gonna come from him because he held himself back. And look where that got him. This is why I always said the man was never a saint. Even here, he attempted to sabotage for a brief period of time, despite that people here were slowly on the fence, leaning negative, before the admins even said a word. Is it any surprise, given what I've said above, that he would act in this way? Regardless of his being right or not, do you consider that to be acceptable behavior? It certainly wasn't for his own body, and wherever he is, I hope he finally gets the chance to rest in peace.

the other e65 forum is up again.
I am reminding the hosting provider that Jorgen Garlin agreed with the CEO to have the renewal fee waived till April 18, 2025 in case he passes away while hospitalized (what finally and unfortunately happened!).
