What are your guesses on the Number of people actually still active in e65? We can see around 1000 in the telegram group. Must assume some are not in there. If there was 80 000 policys sold initially 99 and many of us picked up the ones that was later up for grabs from people not sending the requested NDA.

Ok.. so the process line now is that CA, if it was sent in 2010. I then have some family who will be please as they did not do the later things like film a KYC etc. Mike was saying then if i remember corrctly that if you do not do this , your out.
But my memory can fail as it has been many different tasks after 2010 also.

Below is from the update in March this year. I believe he is referring to the CA from 2010. On another note, many that chose to not continue years ago by not signing the Confidential Agreement (CA) were aware that they would no longer be in the program. As a result of that, these policies were given to others and these people would benefit from these policies. This has not changed and there is no recourse available to anyone that failed to send in the CA at that point in time.At the time I bought these policies, and even now, I wondered if the former policyholders could file or will file some kind of legal challenge. It seems like they forfeited them too easily.

I would hope that Mike has taken some legal advise on this matter and not just seen an opportunity to make some additional coin on the side, don't forget these additional policies were not given away they had to be paid for and I would assume that we would be talking about many thousand policies. I would think that the layers he has now would have had many questions regarding the discrepancies in the pay out amounts based on the initial brief that Mike put out regarding our initial participation in this program. Also it has concerned me that at no time has anyone been given any legal docs to sign from the alleged "insurance company" for the policy that was allegedly taken out in our name. As Admin says to try and sort this mess out will be an extremely complicated task.
