I have to admit that it is one step forward but I wouldn't go getting to excited just yet If the bullion group are expected to have their pay out some time next month, given the time line it has taken to get them to where they are now. the EXFDTN group could be waiting a further 3-6 months at best and then the balance of the E65 group another 3-6 months after that. I would think that this is a very conservative estimate. That is if the the E65 group even get paid.

I would think that this is a very conservative estimate. Something that may help speed up the payout process for the E-65 members was mentioned in the last update. It stated that the lawyers now have the time and the resources to begin work on the Ex-Fdtn members and the E-65 members. To me, that means they can hire additional staff and perhaps pay them overtime. That may shorten the timeframes you mentioned by half.
