I was expecting it but not so soon. I do not want to withhold the following and would like to share it with you.
So, to all appearances, someone (who I don't know) made contact with the administration and asked a question or questions.
So the following is probably the answer that person received.

Mike has said that E65 will follow on after that
but many people seem to think this will be almost immediately afterwards.
It will not be.
There is much to do for E65 and it is complicated..
It has taken us months to get to this stage for the 300 Bullion people let alone thousands for E65.
I don't see E65 reaching any payout this year.
We have people about to put in offers on houses and already packing up ready too move.
This is so not how it is.
